SODIUM SULFITE
sometimes massive amounts of sodium sulfite sprinkles on eggs can really get a hot bite going. Marinate your eggs - The night before fishing separate your eggs into plastic containers and squirt on a little of the following scents. Gently stir clusters and refrigerate overnight for best results. Best to use: Kenai Cocktail; Predator Liquid; Shrimp / Prawn oil; Anise Plus Oil; Garlic Plus Oil; Sardine Bait Sauce; Sand Shrimp Bait Sauce. Try treating your eggs with a 50 /50 combination of PRO-CURE Herring oil and Herring Bait Sauce, then add a few drops of Anise Plus oil and hang on. Salmon love garlic, try marinating baits in Salmon Slammer. These same scents will work on Sardine fillets for plug wraps.

Sardine Fillets for Plug Wraps - Basic process - take off fillets with a sharp fillet knife. Trim to size depending on plug size. Sprinkle with Slam-ola Powder (plain or garlic) and then with Monster Bite and refrigerate in a plastic container overnight. The next day smear fillets with a combination of Sardine Bait Sauce and Shrimp Formula Bait Sauce and let marinate over night. Bait can sit a few days refrigerated and actually gets better. Many guides treat their fillets with Slam-ola and Monster Bite and actually let them sit out and air dry to toughen. Some treat their fillets with the red Wizard Egg Cure and then air dry. There is no one way that is correct. Once you discover something that is working for you stay with it.
