Official Rules and Regulations, Photo/Hot Tips Monthly Contest

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Photo/Hot Tips Monthly Contest begins on the first of each month and ends on the last day of each month, with October 2005 as the first drawing. The annual contest winner will be drawn in November of the following contest year, the Grand Prize winner will be contacted and the results will be posted on the website.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all.

By entering the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless sponsor, Pro-Cure, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the contest or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.

The Official Rules and the decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO PLAY THE PHOTO/HOT TIPS CONTEST: No purchase necessary to play. LIMIT: Limit two entrees per person/per month, regardless of entry method. Subsequent entries from the same person or e-mail address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to use multiple e-mail accounts to register more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges upon prize verification.

After entering the correct information in all required fields on the registration form, mail your form and photo to Pro-Cure to enter the contest OR you may email the information. All entries are subject to confirmation, verification, compliance with these Official Rules and final approval from the judges.

If you are a monthly or grand prize winner, you will be contacted at the e-mail address provided in the contest form. All prizes must be claimed within 15 days from the notification day. All prize claims are subject to confirmation, verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed to be proof of winning by sponsor.

All submitted photos and tips become the property of Pro-Cure. Submission of photos assigns the right to publish said photos by Pro-Cure. Pro-Cure reserves the right not to publish photos or tips.
