Having grown up chasing Steelhead and Salmon in the Great Lakes I have always used Pro-Cure products. Just lately have I become aware of the effectiveness on warm water species! I began applying scents to my muskie baits from the start of the season. I like to jig for muskies using an 8 inch Red October tube bait with a piece of yarn tied around the back treble hook as a scent holder, where I apply your Predator scent and I also rub it into the plastic tube. On August 11, 2009 I landed two smaller muskie's earlier in the day and finished the day off with my personal best 51" Niagara River Queen. My buddies fishing in a boat along side me for most of the day only had a few follows, whereas all three of my fish were hooked on the trailer! A True Believer! Andrew Panczykowski

Hello Pro-Cure
I asked many anglers what their best method for landing more steelhead and salmon and the first thing everyone told me was to use Pro-cure products. Several anglers told me about their success curing prawns using Pro-Cure's Red Hot Double Stuff egg cure. Three days before my trip I cured a bunch of prawns with the Pro-Cure cure and rock salt of course. That Sunday I headed for the Underwood Bridge at the mouth of the White Salmon River. Before the sun had even come up I had hooked a beautiful Steelie that got wrapped in another anglers anchor rope and broke free. Right then I had complete confidence in Pro-cure and within the next hour landed this gorgeous fall Chinook. Not too long after that I was headed home with a nice steelhead and Chinook, and the confidence to keep using Pro-cure on all my bait. Great stuff. Rowdy Gangle

Hi Phil, we were filming a segment for the In Fisherman TV show this past March, and we're using 3" Gulp Crawfish through the ice. I thought this would be the hot bait as crawfish are a Burbot's season long favorite bait. As we jigged these soft plastic baits we could feel the fish nosing the bait, but not taking it.
I finally gave each bait a good whack of Pro-cure's Predator Super Gel since it has a high concentration of shrimp in it, and immediately hooked three fish in a row. Because of the bright pink color of the Predator Gel I could visibly see where the burbot had eaten the scent off the baits. Our largest fish was three feet long and weighed over 10 pounds. We released this big female. It was my son Ben's biggest fish to date. He was three at the time. Jeffery Grant Matity, Saskatchewan, Canada

Hello Phil: I have been recommending the use of the Pro-cure Super Gels on my website and Flats Class TV show, and a happy customer sent me a picture of his catch using the Pro-Cure scents. The scents work extremely well in our fishery.

Wow, your Brine 'n Bite /rock salt cure for herring with a few drops of bait brightener really works. This was my third fish of the day. First a jack, then a 20 pounder, and then this hog. All were caught on the Umpqua River near Reedsport. Thanks for the great products, Tim Sorrels

I used your Pro-cure Shrimp / Prawn oil to catch this Pollock. McNutt
