Hi guys.........We were fishing on Lake Shasta, CA last Saturday (11/22/08) on the Mc Cloud River arm in the morning, and the bite was pretty hot.  The fish were feeding on the surface, and I was pulling a Shasta Tackle Kazi Minnow (Rainbow Trout) 200 feet behind my boat on the surface.  I also had my downrigger down at 12 feet, with a 6" blue U-V Sling Blade Dogger and a Glow Fire Tiger Cripplure.  In addition, I had Shad U-V Pro-Cure on both lures (as always).  We caught and released 10 real quality Trout.  I did keep one fish (see photo), a 23 inch, 5 pound German Brown.  It's at the taxidermist, and will be on my wall by Christmas. My fishing partner didn't want to use my Pro-Cure, so guess who caught most of the fish?  I never fish without it! Thanks for the great product.

To whom it may concern: I started salmon fishing about 3 years ago and then moved on to making the trip up north for the steelhead. Every time I went up I purchased egg sacs from a bunch different bait shops in the area. I always hooked up once or twice every time I went up until this year. I was lucky during salmon season to catch a hen loaded to the gills with eggs. I milked all the eggs from the fish and said to my self, 'I'm going to cure some eggs myself for the steelhead season'. So before I made the long journey (5 hour) trip back home I stopped at a local bait shop and purchased the netting, magic sting and your Steelie Pink Pro Egg Cure.

Going into this egg curing thing blind and not having a clue, I simply ready your directions and cured the eggs step by step. First off I can't begin to tell the people out there on how easy it was to cure your own eggs. For sure this will be the last time I purchase the egg sacs already cured and tied. But the story gets even better. I make the trip up to NY the night of thanksgiving. We fished in the freezing temps and snow. After the few trips I have made up in the past I thought that hooking up 1 or 2 times was a good day. My first day on the water, in the AM I went hooked up 6 times landing 1 brown and 1 steel. Wow is all I can say. Later that afternoon I tried a different spot, hooked up a couple more times landing only on small brown, Saturday was just as good but Sunday was my day. I had to hit the water for a couple hours before I made the trip home. In a 2 1/2 hours time, I had hooked up over 14 times, there were people fishing there before me with no luck, people up river down river ECT and I was the only one hooking up. It was amazing. Landing one steel to 15lbs. To this day I swear it was your egg cure that made it all possible, a lot of other people using the same color egg sacs purchased at the bait shops and I was the one and only hooking up. I have attached a few pictures and you have just won a customer for life! Thank you, Jeremy Aurora Connecticut

Here are two entries for the contest. I first was turned on to Pro-Cure while working up in Alaska.  Pro-Cure is by far the easiest and most effective cure that I have used.  I find by varying the amount of cure used I can easily attain the texture I prefer.  Also the milking I get from my spawn sacs is incredible.  Another advantage to using Pro-Cure, when fishing in the cold weather Pro-Cure keeps my eggs from freezing and keeps them viable for a very long period.  Also over the years I have developed the perfect rack for drying my eggs.  I now have a fan that I took the cover off of and covered with window screen that I have covered with cut up nylon stockings.  By turning the fan on low and turning the eggs periodically I get an even and consistent product. Here is my Steelhead caught on the Clearwater River above the Orofino Bridge in Idaho. It was 11 lbs. I used steelhead eggs cured in Last Supper egg cure (non-staining red) and I used the Shrimp/ Krill Super Gel on my black and silver corky above the ball of eggs. A little added note: I out fished everybody that day! Have a Merry Christmas! Colton Stewart

This 65.5 inch sturgeon weighing 85.9 lbs. on a certified scale was caught in South San Francisco Bay on December 18, 2008 using herring filets smeared with Pro Cure Herring Gel.  This stuff is awesome.  We can't keep the fish off of it. Me and my fishing buddy have gone through a couple of 8 ounce bottles of it in the last month, landing 24 sturgeon in the process. Notice the Pro Cure bottle laying on the back of the boat when I  am holding this 70" sturgeon (image20) caught on November 25, 2008.  This fish had to go back because it was oversize.  Thanks for an awesome product.  As you can see, I have placed an order for 2 more 8 ounce bottles of the Herring Gel to get me through the end of sturgeon season. This 72lb. King salmon fell for Wizard Egg Cure double stuff.  Before every back drift I would also add a couple drops of UV Sardine gel.  Many other salmon seemed to fall for this exact same recipe.  Thanks Pro-Cure! Ryan Rosenbaum

Ken Bolstad and Tyler

Hi Phil, Here is a picture of Justin's Wolf's nephew Tyler with a keeper sturgeon. We were working on the instructional DVD with Angler West TV. This sturgeon was taken on a green label herring injected with Sturgeon Frenzy Bait Oil. We did this on Saturday, and it was the slowest sturgeon fishing I had ever had! It was a really tuff day! I'm sure the Pro-Cure made a huge difference in getting bit or not getting bit. Sturgeon frenzy has become my 'go to'scent!
