I instantly fell in love with this knife for filleting halibut. I'm also guessing it will do a great job on carving up tuna and albacore, but that season is a few weeks away. 4" Paring Knife not only is my favorite most used knife around my kitchen, but it's also my favorite for boning out Albacore tuna and halibut (although I am also very fond of the 6" curved blade mentioned above for both tuna and halibut).
