MARINATE YOUR BAIT:: Marinate or inject your baits with Pro-Cure! The secret to attracting big fish is to put down more scent. Use Butt Juice, or Bait Oils in Garlic or Shrimp.
BABY OCTOPUS: Our baby octopus are super tough little critters, and once on a hook you literally have to cut them off to remove them. We almost never soak a bait without tipping our hooks with one or two of these little critters. We recommend marinating these baby octopus by pouring out all of the brine, and then rolling them in any of the flowing bait oils, and putting them back in the jar to marinate for a few hours. We use Butt Juice, Garlic Plus, Squid and Sardine Oils, and have been extremely successful.
SUPER GELS: Super Gels are the perfect compliment for metal jigs, lead jigs, and soft plastics. They are also very effective when rubbed onto super braids like Power Pro and Tuff line. Anything you can do to add extra scent will be more attractive to big halibut. In the last few years we've found that large halibut have a real fancy for garlic and anise scents. Two of our favorites are the Garlic Plus Super Gel and the Butt Juice (has anise oil in it) or the Anise Plus Super Gel.
BAIT OILS: Marinating baits over night or for a few hours works best, but baits can also be injected with oils after they have been rigged. Our heavy liquid Butt Juice has been a legendary performer in attracting huge halibut, as has our Garlic Plus oil. Sardine and Squid oil are also favorites, and the word is out that like Chinook salmon, halibut too love Pollock oil.
BAIT SAUCE: When injecting baits with oils the performance is boosted way up by mixing oils 50/50 with Bait Sauces. Bait Sauces are a blend of fish oils and whole ground up bait, and they are all super charged with amino acids. Mixing Bait Sauce with a corresponding Bait Oil really improves your scent trail. Mix Herring oil and Herring bait Sauce 50/50, or do the same with Squid or Sardine oils and sauces.

ANCHOVY:
A favorite food source for California halibut. Anchovy oil can be squirted onto live anchovies for an improved scent trail, or used to marinate cut and chunk bait. It can be injected into dead anchovies too. Use the Super Gel on metal jigs, swim baits, and scampi tails.
ANISE PLUS CLEAR:
Available in Clear and Hot Pink, this popular oil is a blend of pure anise oil and 5 potent fish oils. In oil or Gel.
ANISE PLUS PINK:
Available in Clear and Hot Pink, this popular oil is a blend of pure anise oil and 5 potent fish oils. In oil or Gel.
BAIT FISH FORMULA:
A fantastic blend of bait fish that is the perfect scent for jigs, swim baits, and soft plastics.
 BLOODY TUNA:
Halibut love tuna, and this is the strongest, most powerful tuna blend available anywhere. It's made from all the dark meat trimmed off when processing fresh tuna. There are many ways to use our new tuna products. Use the Bloody tuna oil to marinate or inject into baits. Use the Bloody Tuna Super Gels on jigs, swim baits and soft plastics.
BLUE CRAB: Crab is a favorite of halibut, so use the Super Gel on jigs, swim baits and soft plastics, or inject baits with the Blue Crab oil. Don't be afraid to inject crab oil into a chunk of baitfish as the halibut just aren't that smart.
BUTT JUICE: A standby favorite for monster halibut. Marinate chunk baits, whole baits or salmon scrap by splashing on the Butt Juice Heavy Liquid, or it can be injected into baits after rigging. Halibut love the stuff. It's just as attractive a flavor in Super Gel, and works great on jigs, swim baits and soft plastics.

GARLIC PLUS: When we heard halibut go goofy for garlic we thought it was a joke, but once we tried it we stopped laughing. Some days (some days) they go nuts for garlic. Not always, and not every day, but when the bite is garlic you'll be heroes if you have some of this to splash on your baits or artificials.
HERRING: A standby favorite in the Pacific Northwest. Halibut feed on herring. We inject our herring with a mixture of Herring oil and Herring bait sauce. Or we smear our jigs with Herring Super Gel.
POLLOCK OIL: This is favorite feed for big halibut. Try injecting Pollock oil into your herring, shad or salmon bellies. Halibut love this oil. (So do ling cod and big Chinook!)
SALMON SLAMMER: A heavy garlic scent suspended in a matrix of ground up salmon eggs, sardine and squid fish oils. Super hot for salmon; it's a killer on halibut too.
SALT WATER FORMULA:
A kitchen sink type blend that contains anchovies, herring, sardines, shrimp and squid. It's a great scent inshore and offshore.
SARDINE: Raw sardine oil has a flavor all its own. When stinky is called for, sardine is the answer. We mix the oil 50/50 with sardine Bait Sauce and it's one of our favorite scents to inject into herring and baby octopus. Halibut love the stuff. It is also one of our most productive Super Gels for halibut, ling cod, black sea bass and rock fish. Never leave home without it!
SQUID: What bottom fish doesn't like squid? Halibut sure do, especially when squid are present. When a halibut or bottom fish hits the deck and starts coughing up live squid we all reach for the Squid scents. If jigging, the Squid Super gel is awesome. If soaking bait fish like herring, anchovies or shad, don't hesitate to inject them with a 50/50 blend of Squid oil and Squid Bait sauce.
